For the festive season, Mondrian Bordeaux Les Carmes unveils its first Yule Log, imagined as a gourmet tribute to the hotel’s neo-Gothic architecture.
Beneath its white chocolate shell lie a milk chocolate mousse infused with Madagascar vanilla, a soft vanilla-caramel center, a moist hazelnut biscuit, and a crunchy hazelnut praline with cocoa nibs. Created by Pastry Chef Azifa Lebon, this dessert combines precision, generosity, and refined craftsmanship.
